Our Customers' Adventures!
Pam, we're back! We really lucked out with the weather which was not only unusually warm but - best of all - sunny every day. Since our principal purpose in making the trip to the Canadian Rockies was to photograph the marvelous scenery, we were hoping to be able to view the mountains in full sunlight. I took many photos but the ones I was most anxious to view were those taken out of our hotel window on Lake Louise in Banff National Park. The view changes according to the time of day, but never ceases to dazzle. I'll send more photos when I get a change to organize them, but I'll attach what perhaps the most breathtaking view of them all. So glad we went via Tauck, we had priority everything during a year when all the parks had free admittance. Best accommodations with immediate access to all the sites. VIVA TAUCK! Thanks, Pam! Our Delta Travel package included all flights, staying at San Francisco's Sheraton Inn which was within walking distance of Pier 39 and great restaurants, two excursions: a trip along the coast to Monterey and Carmel; a trip to see the beautiful redwoods, our wonderful 11 day cruise and staying at the beautiful Westin in downtown Portland. We are so glad that we planned a few days to explore San Francisco before the cruise as there is so much to see and do in that beautiful city. The cruise was wonderful and we enjoyed warm, sunny weather in Alaska which made our choices of excursions that much more enjoyable. The scenery from the train in Skagway is unbelievable. My husband had a great time Salmon fishing on a charter in Ketchikan. We saw a glacier, a black bear, eagles, and whales in Juneau plus gorgeous scenery everywhere. So glad Pam recommended a stateroom with a balcony so we could enjoy the passing panorama. Many happy memories of our trip were made from start to finish thanks to Pam's careful planning and suggestions for the best experience possible! Kay Davis (2014)
Scotland - Royal Scotsman Train Trip
For our 10th anniversary, my husband treated us to the trip of a lifetime aboard the luxurious Royal Scotsman train. We traveled around beautiful Scotland for a week, had 3 gourmet meals each day and had the opportunity to sample 51 single malt scotches -- we tried! Having traveled a great deal previously, we felt the Royal Scotsman went to the top of our favorite trips and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves trains, great food, great scotch and new friends from all over the world When planning a trip, we always turn to Pat Kamm to help us. With her years of experience and hard work, we are able to simply sit back and enjoy the fun. The photos speak for themselves....We had so much fun!

Winter Garden Entrance, Biltmore Hotel
"Pam, just to let you know that we arrived back home last night around 11:00 p.m. after what was truly a wonderful experience. We are most appreciative of your arrangements for the trip which were perfect. Everything went without a hitch including the flights, the accommodations, the weather and a tour of the Biltmore House. I'll attach the one professional pic that was taken just inside the front entrance to the Winter Garden capped by a dome of windows with a fountain sculpture of Boy Stealing Geese in the center. You can see our audio guide wands that were handed to us by a woman who saw the bronco logo on my jacket and informed us that she was a retired professor from WMU! Thanks again. " B & T (2016)
Beaches Turks & Caicos
"Pk & Pam, Just thought you'd like some shots of my amazing birthday mystery trip. I wondered when we arrived if you had lost your mind sending me to a resort full of kids, and when I looked down...two of them were mine! We had a great time, and Beaches was fantastic! My birthday dinner was in a cabana on the beach complete with cake and way too many pina coladas! I still can't believe Ed pulled this off, with your help of course! Thanks so much!" Couples Swept Away Resort in Negril, Jamaica
This resort was all we could hope for. The place wasn't so big like others we've been to. The beach is beautiful along with the ocean there for swimming. Loved the floats they have on the chairs to use for swimming. The food is the best we've ever had at any place we've stayed. Loved all the healthy choices they offer. The employees go out of their way to may you feel welcome and enjoy your visit. Lots of things to do there - the facility/spa is amazing. We had a couple massage that was perfect for each of our tastes. The rooms were clean. Great to have the bar restocked daily. Loved our balcony for drinking coffee delivered each morning per our request. I just can't say enough about this place and I am so glad we took your recommendations, Pam, to go there!! Thanks again for a great vacation. P.S. forgot to mention the beautiful sunsets every night.
